We will not sell products to anyone under the age of 21, and we do not sell cigarettes. We cannot be held responsible for minors purchasing our products with a guardian credit card. You can only use our website by agreeing to the terms and conditions you confirm that that you are at least 21 years old.
If you have any dissatisfaction with our goods, you are welcome to return the goods within 30 days after you order the goods, we guarantee that the original price will be refunded. We are willing to take back the good if we have mistakenly processed your order or sent you a defective good.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or discount product.
It takes approximately 1 week to process your return once we received it at our warehouse. Please note that customers are responsible for postage on returned merchandise. The replacement item will be shipped to you at no additional shipping charge if you choose this action. When returning, please: 1. Place it in its original packaging. 2. Place packaged item(s) in a suitable shipping container.
To start a return, you can contact us at onlinestore@tamccigar.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Please note, refunds or replacements can only be considered within 30 days after you order the goods. In the case you wish to return your order, please contact us to get the return information. No returns will be considered if the client has not contacted us before doing so.
